The Horn of Plenty is the cornucopia of the gods, fallen from heaven where it provided the divine with an endless supply of food to keep their immortal lives sated. The Horn of Plenty is a hollow curved horn of a long-dead mythical beast, roughly three feet long and a foot wide at its mouth. When mortal blood is poured into the Horn, it will produce (seemingly from nowhere) an abundance of raw produce that spills from the Horn’s mouth. As long as the Horn is kept well fed, it will keep creating food.

Name: Horn of Plenty

Type: Tool

Blessing: The Horn can, if given the right sacrifice, create enough food to satiate any man. The Horny of Plenty does not create cooked food, but produces as much raw grains, fruits and vegetables as is required.

Curse: Something cannot come from nothing. Everything requires a sacrifice, even the Horn. To create food enough for one meal for one person requires a Minor Wound’s worth of blood from a person (not an animal). To create enough food for one person for a whole day requires a Significant Wound; for one person for a week needs a Grievous Wound; and to create enough food for one person for a whole month requires all the blood drained from a person (Destroyed Wound).
