Contain [pg. 10], Quicken [pg. 11], and Sustain [pg. 11] are all “Hohd.” Cool [pg. 10] and Rotate [pg. 11] are both “Afkoht.” Create [pg. 10] and Slow [pg. 11] are both “Mok.” Destroy [pg. 10] and Stop [pg. 11] are both “Niitug.”

That’s all that I could find though I hope you can appreciate how the confusion might start.
